These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pktoto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing or using pktoto, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pktoto. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. pktoto reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to permanently close any account found to belong to a minor.
To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use:
pktoto reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false or misleading information in relation to eligibility constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (NIK), valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred bank account details for withdrawal purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pktoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify pktoto immediately via live chat if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
One Account per person, per household. Accounts sharing the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method are subject to additional verification. pktoto's fraud detection systems operate continuously to ensure fair play for all users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pktoto customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account following successful identity verification.
pktoto is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal functionality is activated on their Account.
KYC verification is ordinarily completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may extend to 48 hours. pktoto reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient.
If a User fails to complete KYC within 30 days of account registration, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with registration data, pktoto reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access, freeze the Account, or permanently close the Account in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.
pktoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with your Account manager (applicable to VIP-tier users only). pktoto does not charge any processing fees on deposits.
Domestic bank and e-wallet deposits are credited to your Account automatically once the reference code is forwarded to the relevant bank. Deposits are generally confirmed within five minutes; during bank maintenance windows or public holidays, processing may take up to two hours and will be reflected in your Account balance as soon as the bank confirms the transfer.
pktoto reserves the right to hold, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a chargeback from a bank or payment partner, a bonus abuse pattern, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Account may be suspended pending review.
Refund policy: Accounts must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is released. Winnings derived from unverified bets may be voided if identity cannot be confirmed within the allocated review period.
Deposits made to a bank account or e-wallet held by a third party who is not the registered Account holder may be processed at pktoto's discretion. Any transfer error or misdirected deposit must be reported to support within 48 hours. pktoto accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect account details supplied by the User.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issue; these promotional terms form part of this Agreement. A promotional offer is valid only for the specific gaming product to which it applies. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Where wagering requirements have not been met within the promotional validity period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
pktoto monitors all promotional activity for abuse. The following constitute bonus abuse: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, depositing to farm a bonus with no genuine betting intent, placing risk-free wagers that guarantee the minimum wagering requirement while eliminating any real risk, or colluding with other Users. Any User found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and related winnings voided, and the Account may be permanently closed.

On betting markets, the odds in force at the time a bet is accepted by the pktoto system govern the settlement. Once accepted, bets cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of obvious pricing error or an incorrectly advertised market. In such a situation pktoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
Settlement criteria for sports bets are based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. The minimum football bet stake varies by market and is shown on screen before a bet may be placed. Where a match is postponed or abandoned, open bets on that event will be voided unless they are settled per the market's specific rules (e.g., In-Play markets with a defined official outcome).
Casino game rules governing each title, including any side bets and payout odds specific to that game, apply to every wager. Live Dealer outcomes are determined by the independent third-party software providers who operate the tables; their results are final and conclusive.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, bets are settled against the official result drawn from the relevant lottery draw. Where a draw is cancelled or not conducted on the scheduled date by the official lottery operator, related bets are voided and stakes returned to your Balance.
For sabung ayam (live cockfight betting) matches, settlement follows the official result recorded by the arena operator, covering both Meron and Wala outcomes as well as the relevant odds. pktoto's position is always to ensure the recorded result is the one used for settlement; any discrepancy is resolved by reference to the arena's official recording prior to confirmation.

You agree not to engage in any of the following actions. This list is non-exhaustive and provided for completeness; any behaviour deemed by pktoto to be contrary to fair play is prohibited regardless of whether it appears below.
Breach of any provision of this clause is a material breach. pktoto may suspend the Account, void any associated wagers, forfeit any balance derived from prohibited activity, and permanently exclude the User from the Platform.
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, odds data, and other materials displayed on or made available through the Platform are the property of pktoto, its licensors, or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or right to use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the relevant owner.
You agree not to reproduce, frame, scrape, mirror, or otherwise redistribute any portion of the Platform without pktoto's prior written permission. Any unauthorised commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement actionable at law.
Your use of pktoto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
pktoto processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal security standards. Data is stored in encrypted form, access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, and no personal information is sold or rented to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pktoto, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.
pktoto's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of a jurisdiction that applies to you.
You acknowledge that online gaming inherently carries a risk of financial loss, and you participate in the Platform entirely at your own risk. pktoto makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous access and fair settlement.
pktoto reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will take effect when posted on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the document. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via an Account notification or by email to the address registered on your Account.
By continuing to use the Platform after a revised version of these Terms has taken effect, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Clause 3.3.
These Terms & Conditions, and any contractual relationship between pktoto and each User, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to the pktoto dispute resolution channel via live chat for an amicable settlement.
Should an amicable settlement not be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter. Nothing in this clause restricts the ability of either party to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for provisional or protective relief.
